Blue Bulldog offers the following services: social media posts - planning & posting, social media post content production, explainer video, and animated videos (collectively, the “Services”).
Source Files
We are not providing source files for video projects for any packages as we need to protect some of our proprietary assets as well as some techniques, which remain our trade secrets. Some of the assets used are, including but not limited to sound effects, music, background illustrations, and any other illustrations which remain in our common library.
If you absolutely need the source files, please contact your account manager for more information.
.Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact our team via email, or call us any time between 8am and 6pm EST, Monday through Friday. We will make any changes according to your specifications if possible and within the terms we had discussed prior to your project’s start.

Refund/Cancellation
This Refund Policy applies to any Client that requests our services under the Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions, Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy, together forming the contract we have with the Client.
Definitions
In this Policy, capitalized words have the following definitions:
“Client” the person, company or entity that requests an Order.
“Deliverable” the animation video we prepare on the request of the Client and provided, initially watermarked, and once fully money is received, without a watermark.
“Order” the initial request for the animation video, including the requirements listed.
Any words following the terms including, include, in particular, for example or any other similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words, description, definition, phrase or terms preceding those terms.
Our Promise
We are confident that the Client will be happy with our Deliverable, but in the scenario that the Client is not 100% satisfied, we invite the Client to follow the steps below in order to come to a suitable remedy.
Refund Initiation
If the Deliverable fails to satisfy the criteria the Client requested in the initial Order, for reasons which are attributable (in whole or part) to our default, the provisions of this policy shall apply.
The Client shall, within 24 hours of receiving the Deliverable, review the Deliverable and notify us if they are not satisfied with the Deliverable by giving us written notice, in accordance with clause 3.3.
The written notice must include the reasons you are not satisfied. We may request further explanation and you must cooperate in providing this to us.
Upon receipt of the Client’s written notice, we will review the Client’s position and within 48 hours we will respond to the Client with a plan to remedy the Deliverable. From this time, we shall have 5 business days to re-submit the Deliverable to the Client.
Once we have re-submitted the Deliverable, the Client shall have 24 hours to notify us as to whether they accept or reject the Deliverable.
Should the Client reject the Deliverable, the Client will then have the option to either: i) request for further improvements or ii) request a refund of the initial purchase price paid.
Should the Client choose option 1.4(i), we will endeavour to follow the process set out in clause 1.3.
Should the Client choose option 1.4(ii), we may, at out discretion, refund the amount, to the Client within 30 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide a refund in a number of given situations, including but not limited to, where there is no sufficient reasoning or where the reasons are not valid.
Liability
The Client acknowledges that any refund paid shall be in full and final settlement of our financial liability for any loss or damage howsoever arising incurred by the Client.
Variations
We may amend this policy from time to time. Please check back here to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

Jurisdiction
Each of the paragraphs of this Policy operate separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
The Client irrevocably agrees that the courts of Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this policy.
Force Majeure
Blue Bulldog shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.
Limitation of Liability
The Client acknowledges and agrees that Blue Bulldog will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.
No Guarantee
The client acknowledges and agrees that Blue Bulldog cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised.

Blue Bulldog and its respective domains might collect and process personal data of users of Blue Bulldog’s website and online services. This Privacy Policy applies to personal data we obtain from our customers and their representatives ("Users") through our websites when the relevant User registers to Blue Bulldog's cloud-based infrastructure and software services (collectively, the "Services"). Blue Bulldog reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member. Blue Bulldog shall not be liable to Member, or any third party should Blue Bulldog exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that Blue Bulldog does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website, and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
